I had driven down this long street of murals more than a few times (it’s very near to Palladium/Phoenix) and while I had always admired the work from the backseat of a car, had never gotten out to take a closer look. Luckily one day I had my camera with me, some time on my hands and a patient driver, so I sauntered down the road from the very first mural to the very last.
I wish I knew more about the people who painted these works of art, so alive with color and messages of peace for people and the planet. In the intense light of the Bombay sun, these murals were lit up perfectly – glowing beacons to remind those who look about the important things in life.
